Career Coaching Program
All Hands runs a 2-month career coaching program, specifically designed to retain talented staff in the progressive movement.
Our team of talent experts works closely with you to coach you through career options in the social impact space, building a competitive profile to attract employers, preparing for tough interviews, and networking effectively.
We also enroll you in our talent matchmaking service with more than 300+ active hiring partners, facilitating introductions for open roles where there is mutual interest. Think of us as talent matchmakers for democracy.

Access to three pre-recorded 60-minute Masterclasses, featuring skill shares from recruiters and career coaches in the social impact space:
1) Masterclass: How to Leverage LinkedIn to get Employers to Come to You
2) Masterclass: Advanced Networking in Today’s World
3) Masterclass: How to Prepare for and Ace Your Interview
Access to Slack channel within Cultivate Community for ongoing, real-time networking and job opportunities
Access to more than 1,500 open roles at 300+ hiring organizations
All Masterclasses will be available for you to complete on your own time, and most communication will be in writing in Slack or email.
